Agency and Franchise:

We help foreign suppliers in conducting due diligence research in selecting local agents, distributors and franchisees for their products and services. We advise clients in the negotiation of the terms of the agency agreements and the requirements of local commercial registration.

Corporate and Joint Venture:

Our full service corporate practices include advice on the choice of an appropriate business entity among the various corporate, Joint Venture, branch, and partnership options. We advise on regulation of foreign investment in manufacturing, commerce, banking, real estate and securities in the Middle East. We assist our corporate clients in the formation, acquisition, financing and operation of corporations, partnerships, and licensing and distributorship arrangements.

Debt Collection:

We represent our clients in enforcing claims against public and private debtors in Saudi Arabia, and in prosecuting intransigent debtors through legal channels.
